Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Edzeeta for the Future Ready Program, including registration, curriculum licensing and session fees, are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made. This applies regardless of the number of sessions attended or completed.

2. Program Fees

Fees cover curriculum access, materials, instructor time and program administration for the enrolled term. Once a school or student has enrolled and payment is confirmed, the fee is considered earned by Edzeeta and is not eligible for reversal.

3. Cancellations & Withdrawals

If a school or student chooses to withdraw from the Future Ready Program at any point after enrollment, no refund — full or partial — will be issued for the remaining term.

4. Rescheduled or Missed Sessions

Sessions missed by a student or school are not eligible for a refund. Wherever feasible, Edzeeta will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions affected by circumstances on our end, at no additional cost.

5. Changes to This Policy

Edzeeta may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued enrollment in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
